This time, I used chocolate chunks instead of chips and the results were just what I was aiming for.
1. Don't overmix the wet and dry. Tip the bowl and let gravity do some work.
2. Lightly grease your pan with the same oil used in the bread. I like canola.
3. Let it cool. Ten minutes on the counter before inverting to remove and @ least a few hours before slicing (excluding the baker's test slice).
