Pasta with Smoked Salmon, Snow Peas, Broccoli, Nuts and Scallions
Monday night dinner in no time at all. 1. Prepare pasta, add broccoli florets during last minute. Drain. 2. Chop up a tomato and snow peas. 3. Flake smoke salmon. 4. Combine ^^^ in large bowl with a bit of Newman's Honey Mustard dressing and some canola mayo. 5. Serve on top of local greens and tip topped with chopped walnuts and scallions.
